About the Artist

Artist Statement

Wow ,That’s what I want viewers to say when they see my work. An explosion of color and shapes that are open to new translations each time it’s seen.I have always found beauty in the abstract, and today, my work is the end result of years of doodling in class!
When asked how I arrive at the designs, my answer is that they almost design themselves-they are streams of conciousness, and each one a different journey!
I like my work to reflect the random thoughts and moments that make up our days, and our lives. I hope the viewer can appreciate the spontaneity in them, and how they seem to “move” without being animated.

Artist Biography

Recently I have been given the opportunity to actually persue my passion and share my vision through a series of compelling and colorful pieces. My goal is to create works that come alive every time you view it,and never stop offering interpretation, and translation. Life is a series of random events, and this is what my designs reflect-the ever-moving, yet sometimes mechanical process of thought. Creating on my own terms has added a layer to my life that was not present before, as I can honestly say it has made me whole.
Michael’s work has been published in ARTCloseUP magazine, Art Loving Magazine,
and will be appearing in the upcoming COFFEE TABLE ART BOOK. His work is featured on Fine Art America, The Palm Gallery and Teravrna.
