Artist Statement

My paintings are love letters written in paint and garnished with mixed media, each one a testament to my journey—filled with stories of triumph, loss, and celebration. Each piece marks a step in my own metamorphosis, reflecting the evolution of both spirit and craft. As an figure artist, I speak, and breathe through my work, leaving a legacy of thoughtful imprints meant to inspire generations yet to come, inviting them to embrace their own transformative journeys.

Artist Biography

Lara Boglo-Price is a Nigerian-American Fine Arts painter who specialises in African themed art .
She her main media of expression in her paintings is Acrylic on canvas and mixed media. And she draws inspirations from various subject matters of interest to her like the environment, religion, politics and changing social cultural trends in society.

Her philosophy is “global impact through Art and innovation.”
