Artist Statement

Claire Halenbeck is a painter who makes energetic abstract paintings. Her work is inspired by time spent daily on hills and beaches near her Marin County studio. She exhibits throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and across the US. She opens her mid-century modern home turned gallery regularly and generously gives small works to all who visit, including children.
