I create Neo-Expressionist paintings that examine the shifting relationship between identity, perception, and the body. Through expressive figures, symbolic forms, and bold color, I translate invisible psychological and neurological experiences into emotionally charged visual narratives.
My practice was profoundly shaped by my diagnosis with Multiple Sclerosis in 2019, but the work extends beyond illness to explore transformation, vulnerability, resilience, and the ways we reconstruct ourselves after life-altering events. Working intuitively, I build layered surfaces where abstraction and figuration coexist, allowing emotion to emerge through gesture, texture, and color.
