Artist Statement

Every single thing we see, hear, smell and touch each day offers a sensation and, in some cases, leaves a lasting impression. Our dreams project our memories, sometimes distant, sometimes as a summary of what we do every day.
Certain animals and places live in our minds and appear repeatedly in those dreams, becoming regular characters in the stories we tell, either verbally or visually. My work is a projection of who I am and my perception of life.
